• Terrible. I asked for a car for 5-10 minutes time to the train station and they said OK. They turned up after 15 minutes. The guy asked what time my train was. I told him it was in 8 minutes. When we got the train station he asked me for SIX POUNDS. I have, one two occasions recently, paid £4 for the same journey. I only had £5 on me and I begged him to take it so I could get my train (which I could see at the platform). He said no, that £6 had been agreed, and wouldn't let me out until he'd rung his boss to ask if £5 was OK. I told him no-one had given me a price and it was £4 last time. He still refused. I sat down and scraped around for silvers in my bag while he got his phone out. I found 90p and he let me out. I missed my train. Wasn't even friendly or apologetic.
