• Hired for a birthday party - was told that the DJ doing the party would be Ray and that we would be getting the large LED party booth and lots of lights. Paid in full for this service (£350). On the day of the party we turned up to a different DJ setting up with limited equipment. Ray had asked this dj to cover our party (without any communication with us) and told them that we would be paying them on the night in cash despite paying Ray in full. On the night Ray promised a full refund of our money as we had to pay the additional DJ. (Ray said he was going to send the DJ the money but didn't). We have yet to receive a refund despite contacting Ray numerous times **Avoid this company at all costs**

• I totally agree 700 the took my daughter for and have now ghosted her a month before her wedding and have blocked her and her partner from his so called website and phone. DO NOT USE if you want to keep your money we have contacted trading standards and the paper. This man needs to be stopped. Don't trust Ray Simpson or Leah Heffrey
