• Not good bought a albino plec,it died over night,we live miles away and the bloke wanted to us to bring in a water sample,we took in the dead fish +the receipt.No refund,we have spent a lot of money in there over time.By the way our water perimeters are spot on.It would of cost us more in petrol than the £5.95 we paid for a sick fish it would have been nice just give us a refund.won,t bother travelling to that place again.

• What a fantastic shop have always had first class service. Always on hand to help no matter how many questions I have asked. Would not hesitate in recommending the shop to family and friends

• More than happy to take your money but the customer service is down right horrendous, id rather travel to leicester than waste my time and money on money grabbing morons who dont give a toss about after service.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
