• I worked here and the precision criteria that is mentioned by the company is actually put into practice by using rusty materials,1970's plant and machinery and tooling. A fingers crossed approach with quality control.Its endearing that quality control is operated by someone with learning difficulties. Against all odds,this firm is still in business. Not bad for a company that is run out of a barn by two farmers.

• The worse place I've ever worked. How anything is made here to precision is beyond me. Most of the plant is ancient and the materials to work with are cheap and usually rusted. Even to tooling is woeful.Theres no on the job training and even the drawings are inadequate. I can't see this company lasting much longer.

• If you want a kitchen made from aircraft spec materials at a price to match,then this is the place for you. Apart from that,don't bother.

• Avoid this place like the plague!Bad,unfriendly management,poor plant,a "I wouldn do it like that mentality"and a basic inability to work as a team.Worse place ive ever worked.
