• Booked a taxi with these and wish I hadnt bothered. They did not turn up and when phoned to question was spoken to very rudely and told tuff he was going somewhere else and wouldnt pick me up, like it or lump it. I was lucky to find another taxi company at short notice where a lovely lady picked me up. I cant remember the name of the other taxi company

• i think this company is top draw whenever I've needed a taxi this company has always been there for me so i think the above comment is totally false

• I live in Church Village and am totally committed to supporting local businesses, I procure goods and services for National and Government clients, it disappoints me to say I would not recommend A&l taxis Tonteg, they are rude and unprofessional. My husband was recently trying to get my daughter to the Dr, car was in for a service and she couldn't walk. They refused the job as it was too close! We would have overpaid just to get to the appointment, thank heavens for good friends! Needless to say we won't give them another opportunity and they won't make my shortlist for future contracts! Hopefully this review might make them re think they're attitude to local customers!!
