Horrible shop. My mum bought me a bag from here, I used it for 3 days, only had my purse and phone in there. The base became detached, mum returned it. The rude assistant kept prodding the bag until the base became detached, threw it away and refused a refund as my mum didn't have the receipt. So my mum had no bag and no refund! Disgusting way to treat a customer, let alone a pensioner. Avoid this shop at all costs. One star given grudgingly, the review system won't let me leave no stars.Rating history and distribution
