• I had an absolutely unpleasant experience with this company and would definitely NOT recommend them. The driver's car was extremely dirty and stank of weed – My friend and I did not want to experience this once we were so tired after such a long flight. Once we arrived back at our flat, we received a text from 247 Airport Transfer saying that they were going to charge us £7 for lateness. I was dumbfounded at that claim considering we met the driver within the agreed time period we were set. As according to the booking confirmation from the company, we were allowed 30 minutes of free waiting time after the agreed pick-up time – we met the driver within the 30 minutes free waiting time. I furiously called up customer services and it was then when they decided to remove the charge. It is obvious that this company use such tactics to rip off customers and to make money for themselves - absolutely disgraceful and highly unprofessional. They should be ashamed of themselves. They should be avoided at all costs. Make sure you choose a quality airport transfer company unlike this one!

• I booked the service online with no problem. The price was very good. We arrived at Heathrow's airport about 15 later than original flight..about 3PM London time. The driver was there waiting for us. No problem, no extra charge. The drivers are polite. The drive pleasant. Cars clean and nice. On our return to the airport, the driver was there ahead of time.

• "Good Service" nothing more to say really. Picked us up on time at the airport, no traffic or going-round-the-houses. Then on the way back we were picked up bang on time, driver polite and all went well. No panics and felt at ease. So, good company, i would use again...

• Excellent service. The driver was waiting for us even though the baggage handlers took over 40 minutes to get the luggage to us. The driver on the return journey was also excellent and was at the hotel exactly on time. Will certainly use this 247 Airport Transfers service again and will certainly recommend to our friends and family.

• Can certainly recommend this service. When we arrived in London the driver was there holding up a sign with our name on and we paid for this journey when we arrived at our hotel. Were picked up again 3 days later, on time, and paid for this part of the journey on arrival at the airport. Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend. Nice clean taxis and friendly drivers.

• 2. 247 Airport Transfer was recommended to us by a good friend of mine who uses their services each time she comes home. We needed a reliable service to take us from the airport to central London and return. Our driver arrived at our hotel early on Friday afternoon and waited patiently for us right at the front door. He was a good guy -- didn't say much, but asked where we were from and why we were in town. The return trip to the city was equally as pleasant, only this time our driver was a chatty one. Very nice guy though. I have no doubt that we will be using their service again next time we return to the city!.

• I used this transfer for the first time. Great service, great price and magnificent car for the transfer. Made a special request during the transfer which was done without any problems. Driver was waiting for us at the gate and made us get to our concert on time even though we thought we would be late. Would definetly book again. Highly reccommended
