• Wow! How do companies like this one even have customers? Called these people today for the first time to request a quote and a very unfriendly man answered the phone. Terrible first impression! Anyway... As I was trying to describe the problem and explaining that it wasn't an emergency and we wanted to get a quotation he decided to abruptly interrupt me stating "nobody is going to come round to yours and give you a give a free quotation, that's not how it works". I wasn´t asking for a “free” quotation anyway I didn’t even mention the word free. I don't know if this is guy is any good at what he does and I will certainly never find out but if you are looking for helpful/friendly advice look elsewhere! When I'm spending my hard earned cash on a product / service I don’t expect to be treated like the royal family but I expect good customer service and helpful staff. Avoid this company, plenty of good / friendly people out there!
