• Excellent Company, the best service we have ever received from any electrical Company, they knew their products, worked within timelines and cared for the Health and Safety of others. • We requested a re-wire and new lighting system be installed. The works took 2 months longer than proposed and whilst we had agreed a fixed amount we were charged a daily rate (costing us over £18,000 more). The lighting system was poorly installed and they had not had training until the end of the works at our home on the system they installed. We have had to get the manufacturers out twice. They installed driveway lights directly in the mud, meaning they failed very soon after install and we had to make them return to install correctly. In addition they failed to provide the correct NICEIC documentation meaning that following extensive research from our end and the intervention of the NICEIC they had to return again. Absolutely terrible service which left us with potentially dangerous installations. Very disappointed.
