• Terrible customer service!

• Absolutely terrible service, the driver made no effort to be friendly or even approachable. We'd arranged to be dropped off at a pub (for a family party) and then to be picked up a few hours later. The driver carried out the first objective. Later, he turned up outside the pub to pick us up but he just left instead. We called 001 taxis only to be greeted with excuse upon excuse, they even lied about the behaviour of our family.As a result, we had to walk almost 3 miles home at midnight in November some of the family were drunk or (because of a physical condition) struggling to walk. In all we paid for a service that we did not receive. 001 Taxis are absolutely disgusting, if you happen to be considering the "company", I would think again.Not even worth 1 star.
