• I agree with the comment about it being a dump store. Shows what tesco think about the people of garforth and surrounding areas.'sod them they will buy anything'..I along with many others will be boycotting this store until there are radical changes....starting with the pig ignorant staff who appear to not actually want to be there. they wouldnt last 5 minutes at sainsburys or asda..as for the stock in there.....majority of stuff has very short dates on and a lot of the packaging damged...why would I pay full price for stuff that other supermarkets discount if damaged?? Lets hope tesco either close this store or at least improve it......I and my friends and family will not be going back there

• Worst tescos ever.half empty shelfs,poor stock,rude staff and full of kids drinking outside and the security guard Phil stood smoking and laughing with them...makes the store look bad...even though it us already a awful place to shop

• very rude and ignorant staff...poor service,stock and quality...staff always chatting and using inerpropriate language...one lady manager was helpful when again ran out of item wanted..Security always chatting to his girlfriend(so my daughter informed me who she was).I live in Garforth and for quality and service i now use Sainsburys Colton..my wife stopped using Tescos ages ago cos off poor service and waiting while for her lotto the girls on lotto/customer service was messing about chatting and giggling while 3 was behind the counter only one was serving so she walked out..cant wait for the new super market to open near tescos.

• A horrible store with rude and disinterested staff.......food with very short dates on packages damaged and squashed....staff filling shelves constantly leaving their wheeled cages anywhere they think fit and then not looking as they set off pushing empty cages and even full ones theres no way they could stop if a customer stepped out on them....the only good thing is theres plenty of parking spaces...that might be because no one wants to put up with rude staff who consider the customer as a nuiscance

• This has got to be the worst tesco I have ever used It appears to be a dump store for all the other tescos in the area......Food with short dates on and majority of the packages damaged ie dented tins squashed packages. The staff really dont give a damn whether you are there or not and seem to glory in filling up the shelf and leaving their massive wheeled cages in the most inconvenient place for the customer while they talk to their freind about the weekend...Simply not good enough The only plus side is that its easy to park (seems like not a lot of people like to shop there......wonder why?'

• Actually I disagree with the previous two comments, I have had nothing but polite exchanges with both the younger end and more mature staff, I find them helpful and welcoming, the store is sometimes a little under stocked, but that could just be that I get there late in the day.on the whole I have never encountered anything but good mannered helpful staff

• The comments of the last reviewer don;t go far enough. The staff couldn't car less about the customer if they tried. They are rude and some of them are positively hostile if you ask a question. I once challenged a young 'lady' (she had all the grace and manners of a cabbage)and swore I would never darken the doors of this supermarket ever again. A little more customer training would go a long way. This staff at this supermarket appear to think the customer is an inconvience !

• A cluttered mess of a shop with staff who simply just don't care if they help you or not. Products with very short dates on. Why buy from here when there are other shops near with good quality priducts and staff who dont lookmlike it would be taxing if you asked a simple question.
