• Once again our helpful local electrical shop has come up trumps for us . We were given all the information & options we needed to make the right decision - for us , very patient ( & knowledgeable) salesman & we did not feel pressured. Nothing was too much trouble .... unplugging TVs & placing them on a TV cabinet , measuring distance from TV to get the same distance as TV will be from seats in our home, doing the same with different sizes & various picture qualities. As with other electrical items in our home from Brights , we know they will always deliver & install the product ( & remove the old one if required) and knowing the delivery people is re-assuring in this day & age. We are very happy with our buy & deal re delivery etc . We feel we are very fortunate to have such a shop on our doorstep , where we are known by the staff ( due to our repeated custom )and always get such a good service . A very different buying experience compared to a drive to Colchester & the hassle & disinterest we have experienced from some of the big store staff. Long may Staines & Brights continue !!

• These shops are not even worth a star but i have to give at least one star to be able to publish this review. I have bought a few products from them and the shopping experience what just unconvertible I felt like I could touch anything and sometime not even look at the products in the glass cabinets. It is very hard to get any of the stuff to help you when shopping they don’t even look like they want to be there, all looking very unhappy. In Brights you feel like you can’t leave the shop without having to buy something (which I wouldn’t as all their products are well over priced best go to curry’s). The men who work in Brights are so rude to mostly all customers. Plus to top it top it all off they can’t even get their sign right on the front of the shop “82 Church road” think again. I most defiantly will not be shopping at Staines and Brings ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
