  • 1 star reviewThanks to Kevin the kitchen fitter who ruined the kitchen my mum spent years on saving it was the worst experience ever. This was supposed to be a good time the joys of having a new kitchen installed but this whole experience was a nightmare I will never forget. All my brand new appliances are damaged and scratched. At the beginning everything was good up until I gave the deposit it all went downhill. 2 weeks before the kitchen was installed I had a phone call randomly at work without any prior notice saying the kitchen will be delivered today the van is outside my house when I was unable to come out of work last minute they wasn’t happy about it but it wasn’t my fault no one gave me any notice I’m not a mind reader it’s the job of the company to let me know the stages. The day the kitchen fitter came to start the work in the morning the first thing he asked for is can you pay by cash not a hello or nothing. I never thought anything of it at the time but it was weird asking that he didn’t seem Friendly and the 3 days the 2 fitters were at my house there was definitely something off. Kevin’s helper couldn’t keep a straight face and I could see the guilt in him. I was asked by the owner bunty to stay outside with the tools they are very expensive and tools have been robbed in this area recently he joked, little did I know during this time while I was outside with the tools my kitchen was being damaged scratched and I can say that 1 million percent this was done on purpose . The owner said these things happen he brought a Brand new car worth £100,000 and it had a 100 problems really ? My worktop had a big chip visible to the eye right next to the sink and I was told it’s ok the tiles will cover it up I wasn’t happy with that so they replaced worktop and the new one installed was done bad as you can see from the photo. Where the 2 worktops join its uneven and looks horrible. The sink was not sealed properly and leaking from underneath I had to call another person out to get the job done properly. My extractor fan has a scratch right at the front you can tell everything was done to ruin the whole kitchen. The extractor fan was not installed on the wall properly and was a safety issue it it fell on my niece it would cause serious harm. My rangemaster cooker which was brought brand new has permanent marker marks inside on the glass with scratches down the side something what wasn’t there from the beginning. 2 Kitchen handles are scratched. I had my flooring installed a week before kitchen and it has chips all down the side. It’s been horrible and something I’ll never forget. This company will lure you into the sale then don’t care from there onwards and how they treated me like it was my fault I’ll never forget that. Oh yeah on the 3rd day as the worktops has to be installed again I delayed the fitter, he told my mum he was supposed to be going to London that night and as he couldn’t you could clearly tell he wasn’t happy about that. 2 extra workers came on the Saturday final day to complete the job, they brought beers and was working and drinking wt the same time, very nice and professional.
