• Raw food, over cooked turkey no gravy, aweful customer service and I'm not a fussy one il eat whatever is infront of me but not this, #feelingstarved not got my money's worth

• Ran out of crisps and nuts -Apparantly this had been the case for several days! Went to order food instead and informed kitchen had been closed for an hour and a half (was 7.30pm) to sort few problems out.Other customers informed me that they had been waiting for over TWO hours for 2 Tuna melts! And we were told by several other customers they had ben waiting too for TWO hours for their meals.There was ONE poor very hot and tierd barman serving behind a very busy bar and dealing with all the complaints. Felt really sorry for him! Asked a bar maid who was flitting about all over place what the problem was and got told it was all down to a "new chef!". Surely the manager checked before they took them on that they could cook and make a sandwich?? We saw few meals being brought back by customers. One was just a sandwich which customer said "wouldnt feed to his dog!". Asked to see Manager as did a few other unhappy customers but NO ONE came out to apologise and speak to their customers. Very BAD manners and Cutomer Service! From what saw of the food being returned and heard from other customers -glad we were unable to order anything! Wont be going again!

• Lovely pub nice atmosphere but always but always seems a long wait for food and always lukewarm on arrival manager cant offer any reason for this !!!!
