• Dont think this place even deserves 1 star but couldnt give zero. Customer service is awful they are all very rude and patronising. The area were they cook is also filthy so makes you wonder what their food hygiene is like. None of the women with long hair wore hair nets either

• I have been a customer of Grimsby for 4 years and has a generally favourable opinion of them prior to an incidence of incredibly poor customer service. My partner was accused of lying, the server was rude and to top it off she turned her back on my partner and started serving someone else midway through "attempting to deal with my partners request" (If you could call it that).

• Horrible place, took a package onto the restaurant side, was told i couldnt sit there but the woman at the reception said she'd make an exception. We then sat down and another lady came and shouted at us for sitting in without paying extra restaurant charges. The food was old and cold and the restaurant staff were patronising and horrible. Wouldnt reccomend it to anyone.
