utterly terrible company. They ignore emails, lie and have rude staff! 4 last minute delays to the completion date of our first home, no apologies for the delays just Bev white sales manager offering contradicting excuses. Let alone to mention we bought the house as part of the help to buy scheme, which they hadn't been accepted on before they took our deposit! the sales staff are impossible to get hold of, ignore emails for days and voice mails then offer some pathetic excuse or other. http://www.chartfordhomes.com/buying/customer_charter -> almost all 16 points have been broken for us! is it really worth the hassle?? and we're not the only people chartford homes have messed around! it seems their customer charter should read, we'll ignore you, treat you like idiots take 220k off you and mess you around as much as possible. what utter clowns.Rating history and distribution
